Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned project manager to serve as the daily point of contact for the site construction team and owners' representatives on the Seattle project. You will implement contract requirements with manufacturing partners and maintain communication aligned with project schedule, documentation, and status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain with minimum 8 years experience.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, and multidisciplined teams.
• Knowledge of contract documents (including xPL contract, product submittals, specifications, codes)
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints and resolve issues
• Travel required for project duties

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with site team, owners' representatives, and manufacturing partners and communicate needs aligned with schedule and status.
• Develop consensus for product delivery including budgets, emergent work, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, and close-out processes.
• Oversee adherence to contracts, submittals, specifications, and codes by manufacturing partners.
• Align processes with project delivery schedule and site team to maintain workflow.
• Verify project quality, on-time, on-budget delivery and operational excellence.
• Provide continuous monitoring of QC program adherence and facilitate vendor reviews.
• Maintain routine site presence to satisfy client expectations and manage issues.
• Present monthly project health reports covering finance, staff, schedule, risks and recovery plans.
• Manage staffing levels for GC/GR compliance within the financial structure.
• Offer performance feedback and staff development opportunities.
• Participate in internal planning and lessons-learned to improve workflows.
• Lead or participate in safety and project delivery activities.
