Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Project Manager for the xPL Offsite division to lead site coordination with owners' representatives and manufacturing partners in Seattle. You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and delivery while communicating status and risks to stakeholders.

Lead multipart teams across remote and on-site environments, driving continuous improvement, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading geographically diverse, remote, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive working relationships with site teams and owners' representatives.
• Develop consensus for product delivery including budgets, emergent work, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, and close-out processes.
• Oversee manufacturing partners' adherence to contracts, submittals, specifications, and codes.
• Align project processes with the delivery schedule and site team.
• Verify project compliance to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide regular monitoring of partner adherence to QC programs and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
