Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned Project Manager to serve as the daily point of contact for a Seattle-area site. You will ensure contract compliance with manufacturing partners, coordinate operations, engineering, logistics, and delivery, and maintain proactive communication to meet project schedule and goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and staffing, deliver monthly health reports, and drive continuous improvement across workflow processes while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years related experience or equivalent
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, multidiscipline team
• Knowledge of contract documents (xPL contract, product submittals, specs, codes)
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints and resolve issues
• Ability to manage concurrent complex projects and prioritize tasks
• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools (Procore, SAP, Clearstory)

Responsibilities

• Establish productive working relationships with site team, owners' representatives, and manufacturing partners.
• Develop consensus for product delivery including budgets, emergent work, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, and close-out.
• Oversee manufacturing partners' adherence to contracts, submittals, specs, and codes.
• Align project processes with delivery schedule and site team.
• Verify compliance to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor Quality Control Program and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain presence at project site to meet client expectations.
• Manage & resolve issues for site team and stakeholders.
• Present monthly project health reports covering budget, staffing, schedule, risks.
