The Boldt Company is hiring a Senior Field Superintendent to lead complex construction projects in Richland, OK. You will manage field operations, coordinate craft professionals, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget control on healthcare, education and commercial builds.

Qualifications

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
  • Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology and methods.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and supervision of large teams.

What You Bring

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, aswemay have current or future roles which may better align with experience.

  • Four‑year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.

Nice to Have

  • Effectiveness in developing innovative construction methods and techniques for the project.
  • Must have basic understanding of craft jurisdiction and working under collective bargaining agreements.
  • Ability to mentor and train project team in all construction issues.
  • Awareness of the general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity,masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans.
  • Ability to show leadership and be calm under pressure.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $100,000 - $132,000 annually.

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $132,000 annually ; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible fora discretionary bonusand participation in applicable company benefit programs.
