In this role, you’ll manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically ranging from $100M–$800M, while working side‑by‑side with Superintendents and project management teams on site. You’ll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track. You will be responsible for protecting uptime, mitigating risk, and delivering zero-defect turnover, while maintaining alignment with Boldt’s safety culture, schedule commitments, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as a key interface with clients, many of whom operate in 24/7 in zero-downtime environments. The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
