Job summary

Goebel Fixture Company in Waubun, MN is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with contract documents. You will act as the primary field representative, managing daily operations, subcontractors, and jobsite performance.

The role requires 2+ years of field experience with 5–10 years preferred, a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of construction field experience required.
• 5–10 years of progressive field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check/drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily construction activities across all trades and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain short-term (lookahead) schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient workflow and sequencing.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and constraints impacting productivity.
• Establish and enforce jobsite rules, work hours, access control, and site logistics.
• Coordinate punch list development, tracking, and completion.
• Ensure timely completion of final inspections and corrective work.
• Support project turnover, documentation completion, and demobilization.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractor work to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
