Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations, uphold safety, and maintain project schedules for assigned projects.

You will coordinate day-to-day field activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with Willmeng’s quality standards and budget targets. The role requires strong knowledge of scheduling, coordination with owners and design teams, and a commitment to exceptional project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial and trade construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety requirements.
• Proficient in construction scheduling software.
• Experience coordinating with owners, design teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, forecast next steps, and ensure site readiness.
• Create and manage schedules, including the 3-week look ahead.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors, owners and design teams.
• Manage project budgets to deliver profits and identify gains.
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Generate and manage RFIs and coordinate inspections as needed.
