Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc., headquartered in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial, medical, and institutional projects in Central Minnesota. You will oversee safety, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and drive projects to successful on-time, on-budget completion.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management, strong leadership, Procore experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years in building and construction management.
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Procore experience preferred.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce the Safety Program.
• Lead on large-scale projects (ground-up, additions, remodels).
• Determine budget and timeline with the project team; manage schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet schedule.
• Prepare weekly manpower requests and four-week look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure plans, specs, and submittals are followed on site.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• Support QA/QC to meet project specifications and craftsmanship.
