Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Field Superintendent or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a culture of safety on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure progress aligns with schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Develop and manage the project schedule, including sequencing of tasks and resource allocation.
• Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on status, challenges, and progress.
• Identify challenges and devise solutions, coordinating contingency plans as needed.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for performance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.
