Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-8 years of construction-related leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, CRM schedules, and shop drawings.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, means and methods, and productivity tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward thinking.
• Computer literate; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Hammertech, P6.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning and development activities.
• Provide leadership and oversight of field staff and subcontractors.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and on-site logistics.
