Zusammenfassung

RES is seeking a Site Supervisor in Buckeye, AZ to lead construction crews on our projects. You will oversee productivity, safety, and quality, translate plan requirements into daily work, and ensure compliance with EMS/QMS procedures.

You will mentor crew, manage coordination with subcontractors, perform inspections, and prepare reports. A strong safety mindset, valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years in construction are required. Per diem provided during rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a construction environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise crew ensuring productivity, safety, and policy compliance.
• Translate work requirements into a prioritized plan for the crew.
• Direct, coach, and mentor Craft personnel on site.
• Ensure SMS, QMS, EMS and technical procedures are followed.
• Prepare records and reports and manage on-site QA/QC.
• Coordinate permits, safety trainings, and daily field activities.
