United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. is seeking a General Labor Foreman to lead a team of construction laborers at an Arizona site. You will oversee daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and support the construction crew in completing tasks on time.

The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage equipment and site logistics in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a construction environment.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction laborers and material handlers on site.
• Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly at the end of each day.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of temporary structures such as tents, fencing, and barriers.
• Monitor site access to ensure only authorized personnel enter the site; report security concerns.
• Maintain safety signage, barriers, and PPE in place and in good condition.
• Provide daily reports to the site manager on site conditions and issues.
