Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to lead daily field activities on active projects in Arizona. You will coordinate with the Superintendent, HS&E, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery, quality work, and alignment with project plans.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage field operations, schedules, and safety programs across crews on site. Occasional travel to support project needs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, post-secondary training or certification considered an asset.
• 3+ years of construction field supervisory experience (Foreman/Lead Hand or similar).
• Experience in underground construction, telecom, utilities, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and aligned with project plans and Ledcor safety requirements.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting support.
• Monitor field progress, subcontractor performance, and production schedules to keep projects on track.
• Supervise subcontractor safety compliance, schedule commitments, and quality of work.
• Build positive relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate access, resolve field-level issues, and communicate with the Superintendent and project team.
