Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (RMS/QCS, EM385-1-1).
• Coordinate and supervise site labor and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Lead safety on site and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide site management for construction activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Distribute, update, and track the Overall Project Schedule with Superintendent and PM.
• Lead daily reports, site photos, and documentation to ensure timely, accurate records.
• Preside at Pre-Construction and Site Coordination meetings with subs and suppliers.
