Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on-site field activities, drive safety, quality, and production, and coordinate with the Superintendent, HS&E, and project teams on assigned projects in the Mesa area.

You will supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve field-level challenges in a fast-paced construction environment. This hands-on role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel as needed to support project needs,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional trade training or certs are an asset.
• Three or more years of construction experience in supervisory roles.
• Experience in underground construction, telecommunications, utilities, or related environments preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction practices, drawings, schedules, cost awareness, and quality requirements.
• Strong planning and communication skills; able to work with crews, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities to meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, production, and quality to keep projects on track.
• Supervise subcontractors’ safety, schedule, production, and quality.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support access coordination and clear communication with the Superintendent.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
