Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations professional for a Phoenix, Arizona project. You will coordinate daily site activities, oversee subcontractors, and ensure adherence to drawings and project schedules.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with extensive field experience or an associate/bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline, with relevant construction knowledge. 100% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with nine years of field experience; or an associate degree with six years; or a bachelor’s with three years in construction management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; maintain project records.
• Maintain up-to-date design drawings and revisions on site; support Project Construction Manager as needed.
