Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a qualified field operations professional for a Phoenix, AZ project site. You will coordinate daily field activities, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety adherence to drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing daily and quality inspection reports, monitoring contractor progress, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Travel is 100% for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years construction/field ops experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years construction/field ops experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (Construction Mgmt/Engineering or related) with 3+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with site construction lead, schedule, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings/specifications.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
