Job summary

Tighe & Bond's Land Use Team in the Northeast offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities to deliver infrastructure projects across MA, NH, and beyond. As Project Manager 1, you will lead civil design, coordinate teams, manage clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning
• 10-13 years of civil/site design or project management
• Active PE license or AICP certification
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD
• Knowledge of environmental permitting processes

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute engineering design tasks from conceptual through construction documents
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and schedule to ensure timely delivery
• Lead design of site/civil construction documents and grading plans
• Serve as primary client and regulator liaison
• Mentor staff and ensure quality control across deliverables
• Integrate LEED/ENV SP where applicable
