Tighe & Bond, Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking a Project Manager 1 to join our Land Use Team.

You will lead civil/site design projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, coordinating teams, managing clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will apply advanced skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD, while navigating regulatory requirements and providing mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in civil/site design and land use planning.
• Active PE license or AICP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Oversee project teams and client relationships to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
• Prepare site/civil construction documents, specifications, and project reports.
• Manage environmental permitting documents and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration within the team.
• Apply AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD in project work.
