Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a mid‑level Site Civil Engineer to join our team supporting electrical utility and renewable energy projects. The role involves substation and transmission site design, grading, drainage, and construction drawing production, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.

The position offers hybrid work options across multiple offices in the U.S., including Billings, MT, Cincinnati, OH, and Exton, PA, and requires 3–5 years of post‑graduate civil design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of post‑education experience in civil/site design.
• Engineer in Training certification or ability to obtain PE within 1 year.
• Experience in site design for utilities, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure, and drainage.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Strong English communication skills and experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support grading and drainage/stormwater design for electrical utility and renewable energy sites.
• Prepare and review civil/site engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Manager to meet scope, budget and quality.
