Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior-level Site Civil Engineer to join our team supporting electrical utility and renewable energy services. The position allows hybrid work across Cincinnati, OH, Exton, PA, or Billings, MT with options for home/offices or remote work.

You will lead grading and drainage/site design for solar, wind, and battery storage projects, coordinate with project teams, and deliver detailed civil/site drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years post-education experience in civil/site design.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Experience in site design for utilities, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation experience.
• Strong command of the English language for collaboration.
• Experience using MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Support grading and drainage/site design for utility and renewable energy sites.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables.
• Site layout, grading, drainage designs, and construction drawings.
• Bill of materials and construction specifications.
• Mentor and guide other team members.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Manager to ensure scope, budget, and quality.
