WSP USA is seeking a senior-level Site Civil Engineer to support electrical utility and renewable energy projects. The role covers grading, drainage, stormwater management, access road design, and permitting for solar, wind, and battery storage facilities.

Based in Cincinnati, OH; Exton, PA; or Billings, MT, with hybrid or remote work options. You’ll use AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation and hydrology tools to deliver high-quality civil/site designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in civil/site design.
• Engineering license required; multi-state preferred.
• Experience in utilities/site design for solar, wind, and storage projects.

Responsabilités

• Support grading, drainage, and stormwater design for utility and renewable sites.
• Prepare and review civil/site deliverables using CAD/engineering tools.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Manager on scope, budget, and quality.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.
• Collaborate on permitting and construction support.
• Develop bills of materials and construction specifications.
