Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior-level Site Civil Engineer to support electrical utility and renewable energy projects. The role offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement with offices in Cincinnati, OH, Exton, PA, or Billings, MT.

You will lead grading and drainage design, prepare deliverables, and coordinate with project teams to ensure scope and quality. Strong CAD skills and a licensed engineer are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in engineering and civil design.
• Engineer license required; multi-state preferred.
• Experience in site design for utilities, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure, storm drainage and stormwater management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Support grading and drainage/stormwater management design for electrical utility and renewable energy sites.
• Prepare and review civil/site engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Manager to meet scope, budget, and quality.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on design reviews.
• Develop construction drawings and Bill of Materials.
