Job summary

The leader will develop regional improvement strategy, sponsor transformations, and build a learning culture while championing safety and quality.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing, with Six Sigma Black Belt certification or progress toward it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a high-speed industrial manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing and Maintenance.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or Active progress toward Black Belt.
• Strong change management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Continuous Improvement (CI) programs at the site.
• Lead Training 4 Excellence (T4E) initiatives to build capability and learning culture.
• Drive cost savings and process improvements with OPEX, Lean Six Sigma and related tools.
• Foster a culture of accountability and collaborate across functions to execute regional strategies.
• Support digital transformation and Lean culture development across the site.
