Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Chester, PA, seeks a Senior Asset Leader to guide safety, quality, and cost across asset teams in a high-speed manufacturing setting. You will lead the Operations, Reliability and Engineering groups to deliver continuous improvement and plant performance.

This role requires a strong Lean mindset, proven people management, and the ability to build budgets and forecast spend while collaborating across sites and functions to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall team leadership for asset team in safety, quality, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Operations, Reliability and Engineering teams to drive platform results.
• Collaborate with CI, Reliability, Eng and other site resources to deliver results.
• Deliver cost management and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
