Koch Engineered Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead HSSE across utility-scale solar construction sites. You will partner with project leadership to build safety capability, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout project execution.

The role oversees a small team, ensures compliance with state and federal requirements, investigates incidents, and analyzes safety data to shape HSSE strategy. The position is site-based with daily per diem and rotations.

Formación

• CHST or OSHA 500 with relevant field experience.
• Experience supervising a safety team on construction sites.
• Knowledge of hazard recognition and risk assessment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site safety team and partner with leadership to set expectations.
• Develop and coach 1–2 Safety Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and laws.
• Build safety-focused relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety data to support HSSE strategies.
