Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead safety on multi-site projects across the U.S. This role supports safer, smarter job sites and shapes how we work, grow and lead in our industry.

You will implement project HSE plans, deliver site training, conduct inspections, and coordinate incident investigations while partnering with project teams and stakeholders. Travel to project locations is required, with per-diem available, and opportunities to advance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Holds safety designation.
5 years’ experience in a health and safety role in a related industry.
Supervisory experience is an asset.
Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation and HSE processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Implements and supports project HSE plans, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices.
Delivers HSE training and builds site-specific programs.
Leads HSE inspections and audits across projects.
Investigates incidents and recommends corrective actions.
Keeps positive relationships with stakeholders and mentors staff.
