Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to provide owner-side safety oversight on a major utility-scale solar construction project.

This contract role involves coordinating with EPC contractors to maintain OSHA compliance and a safe, productive jobsite across renewable energy sites. You will serve as the owner's safety representative on-site and drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of onsite EHS experience.
• Experience on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification and CHST or CSP.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk mitigation.
• Experience inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite and travel to project locations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily field observations, safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor EPC contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety plans.
• Identify corrective actions and verify safety concerns are addressed.
• Participate in daily construction coordination meetings and report safety observations.
• Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and safety reporting.
• Review contractor safety documentation and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with management, contractors, and stakeholders to improve safety performance.
