• Lead the implementation and monitoring of the project's HSE program.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and job hazard analyses.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, project safety procedures, and industry standards.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor construction activities including civil, mechanical, electrical, and solar panel work.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, training sessions, and daily safety briefings.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project management, construction supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on safety matters.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspection records, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability across all site activities.
