DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Construction Site Safety Manager to lead HSSE performance on utility-scale solar construction projects in Virginia. You will develop the site safety organization, drive risk mitigation, and partner with project leaders to elevate safety throughout execution.

You will supervise 1–2 Safety Specialists, ensure compliance with Koch/DEPCOM standards, and lead investigations and corrective actions to improve site safety.

Qualifications

• CHST or OSHA 500 with 4–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience supervising and developing construction staff.
• Experience applying construction safety practices in field environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site safety team and partner with project leadership to establish expectations, identify and mitigate risk, build safety capability, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of 1–2 Safety Specialists, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, feedback, and development.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, applicable environmental and safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Compile and analyze safety data to support informed decision-making and HSSE strategies.
