Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Director for site-based leadership across the USA. You will guide multiple projects from initiation to close, oversee staffing, budgets, scheduling, quality, and client satisfaction, and lead business development aligned with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 7–8 years of project management experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, technologies, and construction practices. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in project management, business administration, construction engineering/management, or related field.
• 7–8 years of project management and leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with medium voltage electrical installation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior leadership to create key functional strategies and decisions affecting the business unit.
• Creates project execution strategies and directs all phases to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Manages project costs, staffing, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable delivery.
• Builds relationships with clients, foremen, contractors, and vendors.
• Provides mentoring and coaching to staff, and maintains project financials and policies.
