Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Project Manager for a 12-month assignment at a Power Station in West Virginia to oversee a portfolio including Tube Replacements, Soot Blower Replacements, and Fuel System work. Power station experience is a must; highlight boiler-related projects.

Leading and supporting capital projects, you will handle turbines, generators, pumps, motors, control systems, and field operations. Requires strong communication and the ability to work with minimal supervision, including confined

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management.
• Working knowledge of power generation and pollution control equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA scaffolding requirements and industry safety practices.
• Strong team building and leadership skills.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and schedule to meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are executed with Safety and Environmental Compliance as the primary focus.
• Manages or supports major project phases including development, site development, permitting, scope development, contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Manages all phases of smaller improvement projects including permitting, contract negotiations, and commissioning.
• Develops and manages overall project budget and schedule.
• Manage project contracts and commercial aspects with suppliers/contractors.
• Use the PM Tollgate process to manage project stages.
• Oversee administrative requirements per PM process.
