Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago (BBBSChi) is seeking a Full-time Site Based Partnership Facilitator for the Southland, IL and Northwest Indiana region. You will recruit volunteers and youth, build partner relationships, and coordinate program sessions across multiple sites.

The role requires facilitation, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, with 3-4 evenings and some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; alignment with BBBS Mission and Vision essential.
• 2-4 years’ experience in youth work, program management, or community partnerships preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Availability for 3-4 evenings and some weekends; reliable car, license, and insurance required.
• Regular travel in Chicago's Southland and Northwest Indiana region.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and enrollment across Southland and Northwest Indiana to maintain program capacity.
• Develop recruitment plans through schools, community outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Oversee logistics, content, and budgets for program sessions.
• Provide on-site support and facilitate mentoring sessions to strengthen matches.
• Maintain relationships with schools, corporations, and community partners.
