In this role, you will play an important part in helping children and their families receive the therapy services they need in a variety of fun and exciting locations that are appealing to the patient and family!

The Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for the primary oversight of their Associates in Pediatric Therapy location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support and supervision of therapists, including performance management
  • Assist therapists in building caseloads
  • Interviewing and onboarding new therapists for the designated APT site
  • Address parent/guardian concerns
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities departments to resolve location challenges

Requirements:

Qualifications & Education:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, or a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s degree with BCBA certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a therapist, preferably in pediatrics
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Ability to motivate and engage staff
