Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager - Site Acquisition. The role involves managing site acquisition, lease negotiations with landlords, and zoning with jurisdictions, aligning with company objectives. This is a remote position; however, candidates should be located in Southern California, Phoenix, or Las Vegas due to client location.

Responsibilities

1. Provide site identification, qualification, and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunication sites.
2. Prepare, submit, and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sites.
3. Understand real estate acquisition and leasing principles; leasing experience in wireless telecom preferred.
4. Have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, personal insurance, and a safe driving record.
5. Understand basic RF design, construction, site identification, and local land use planning issues.
6. Experience in filing zoning applications and presenting at zoning hearings.
7. Ability to read and interpret zoning codes and regulations.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 5 years of project management experience.
2. At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Understanding of cell site zoning principles; experience in wireless site deployment is a plus.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
