Job description

Only Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, or BCBAs will be considered for this role.

In this role, you will play an important part in helping children and their families receive the therapy services they need in a variety of fun and engaging locations that appeal to patients and families.

Position Overview:

The Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for the primary oversight of their Associates in Pediatric Therapy location.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support and supervise therapists daily, including performance management.
  2. Assist therapists in building caseloads.
  3. Interview and onboard new therapists for the designated APT site.
  4. Address parent/guardian concerns.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities departments to resolve location challenges.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Education:
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, or a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s degree with BCBA certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a therapist, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and engage staff.
