A leading company is seeking an engineering leader based in Mexico City to manage and grow a team of engineers. The role involves establishing best practices for collaboration with teams in the US, mentoring engineers, and driving product quality. As we scale our product and organization, we are hiring for our first engineering leader and manager based out of Mexico City. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with engineering leadership to establish hiring practices and best practices for working with our first international engineering team. You will also be instrumental in hiring for and building out our talent network in Mexico City.
