Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to liaison with investigative sites across the study lifecycle, focusing on start-up, activation, relationship management, recruitment, and QA. You will collaborate with Clinical Research Associates to ensure site readiness and enrollment targets are met, while upholding Parexel standards and patient safety.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to sites as needed to support study delivery and issue

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Site start-up and activation activities including site qualification and SIV management.
• Build relationships with Site Organizations and Strategic Partners.
• Coordinate with CRA to ensure site monitoring readiness.
• Support country-specific regulatory and ICF processes.
• Manage site recruitment planning and enrollment delivery.
