Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the primary liaison for investigative sites across a study lifecycle, coordinating site startup activities, activation, and ongoing site management. Qualifications

• Experience in site management and CRA oversight.
• English language proficiency required; local language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation, coordinating qualification, activation, ICF finalization and SIV-related tasks.
• Provide country/regional input for site selection, protocol feasibility and medical practice assessments.
• Manage site relationships and ensure quality assurance, training, and documentation for activation and FSFV.
• Support study management with escalation handling, issue resolution with vendors, contracts, and payments as needed.
• Ensure IP and ancillary supplies strategy and alignment with country requirements throughout the study lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and start-up teams to achieve timely site activation.
• Monitor site performance and ensure ongoing communication with CRA and study management.
