Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to drive site start-up, activation, and ongoing site management for clinical studies. You will collaborate with CRA teams and study management to ensure timely activation, robust enrollment, and high-quality site performance.

Required are 5+ years in site management/CRA roles, English proficiency, and a focus on regulatory compliance and data-driven risk mitigation across multiple countries. Oncology exposure is a plus and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site management/CRA experience in a clinical research or pharma organization.
• Oncology monitoring/CRA experience preferred.
• English required; proficiency in local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site start-up and activation: qualify and activate sites, coordinate ICF finalization and site initiation visits.
• Maintain site relationships and performance metrics across countries/regions.
• Support country-specific regulatory and feasibility inputs and timing for activation.
• Collaborate with CRA and study management to ensure enrollment delivery and site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and Parexel processes throughout the study lifecycle.
