Job summary

Parexel seeks a Site Care Partner in Salt Lake City to coordinate site start-up, activation, and ongoing engagement across the study lifecycle. You will collaborate with investigators, CRA teams, and vendors to ensure timely activation, robust data capture, and patient safety.

Responsibilities include site qualification, monitoring readiness, issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with site organizations while upholding Parexel standards and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Site start-up and activation coordination with CRA teams and vendors
• Maintain relationships with Site Organizations and Strategic Partners
• Provide site intelligence and support to study management
• Ensure site quality and patient safety com mensurate with Parexel standards
• Support regulatory and start-up activities to achieve timely site activation
• Monitor and resolve escalated site issues related to study delivery
