Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the client’s face at investigator sites across US locations. You will oversee site activation, recruitment, and operational delivery, ensuring quality and patient safety throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oncology site monitoring experience.
• Experience from start-up through site activation and conduct/closeout.
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.
• Proficient with computers and new technologies.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Input into site recommendations based on country and region metrics.
• Support SOM/GSM to define local requirements for import/export of IP and supplies.
• Qualify and activate assigned sites per GSSO strategies.
• Review draft PTA output for site selection and provide PTA insights.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned protocols and coordinate activation items.
• Coordinate ICD finalization, SIV, activation checklists, and training.
• Support ICD reviews and deployment; ensure readiness for FSFV.
• Partner with site monitors to ensure FSFV readiness and escalation.
• Develop IP/ancillary supplies strategy across sites and countries.
• Oversee site recruitment planning and delivery per global/country plans.
• Maintain regular communications with investigator sites and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with RA/CTRO/SAP for timely registry completion where applicable.
• Review site practices and align with client expectations; manage performance metrics.
• Oversee site deliverables for study targets (data cuts, sweeps, locks).
