Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner (SCP) to serve as the client-facing liaison for investigative sites across the US, supporting startup, activation, and ongoing study execution. Responsibilities

• Provide input on site recommendations via deep knowledge of country/region, sites, processes and metrics.
• Qualify and activate sites; assist PTA, ICD, SIV and documentation management.
• Oversee site initiation activities and training, ensuring readiness for First Subject First Visit.
• Coordinate with SOM/GSM and country teams to align site readiness and recruitment.
• Maintain regular site communications and support risk and issue resolution to protect study quality.
