SITEMETRIC LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field-based team, ensuring site security and smooth operations on construction sites across the local area. You will handle worker registrations, badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and provide tech support as needed, with a focus on safety and quality customer experience.

Strong professionalism and willingness to go beyond duties are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Tech forward mindset and use of digital tools.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to handle complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and the team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and ensure identity verification.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking area compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and tech troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities to support access control needs
