Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead SIT testing across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of testing life cycle and quality metrics.
• Experience guiding QA analysts and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SIT testing strategy and execution.
• Lead and mentor QA analysts, test engineers, and testing vendors/partners.
• Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices.
• Drive accountability for quality across project teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SIT-related activities.
• Develop comprehensive SIT test plans, schedules, and forecasts.
• Define entry/exit criteria for testing phases.
• Coordinate testing across multiple applications and teams.
• Review and approve test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Monitor defects, trends, and quality metrics.
• Provide clear quality assessments and release readiness.
