Signature Performance is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead to drive reliability and performance across our software products. You will mentor the SQA team, develop QA strategies, and shape testing standards.

This remote-based role welcomes nationwide applicants and involves collaboration with analysts, developers, and clients. You will create detailed test plans, oversee automation, and track quality metrics to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Personal traits -- high level commitment, team orientation, professionalism, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA testing team and develop strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including test cases.
• Coordinate with analysts, developers, and clients.
• Define testing strategies and SDLC integration.
• Monitor team velocity and adjust workloads.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Track defects and perform regression testing.
• Stay updated with testing tools and strategies.
