Job summary

Excel Academy Charter Schools is seeking a highly organized professional to lead the Student Information Systems and State Reporting. You will own PowerSchool, DeansList, Clever, and related integrations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island schools.

You will manage data accuracy, reporting timelines, and system configurations, partnering with Operations, academics, and Technology to ensure compliant, reliable data flows and effective reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in K–12 education, student information systems, school operations, data management, state reporting, or a related field.
• Significant experience working with a student information system such as PowerSchool.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary ownership and administration of PowerSchool, DeansList, Clever, SWIPE, and related SIS and integrations.
• Manage system configuration, enrollments, attendance, course catalogs, scheduling, and records.
• Lead requirements, design, testing, and implementation of SIS features, integrations, and add-ons.
• Maintain data integrity across PowerSchool and connected systems (DeansList, Clever, LittleSIS).
• Own state and federal reporting, calendars, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, project timelines, and change management.
