Job summary

TrulyHired seeks a Database Manager for BRRSD in Bridgewater, MA to oversee the PowerSchool SIS and related databases, ensuring accurate, secure data and timely reporting. The role includes end-user training for administrators and staff across BRRSD schools and departments, and management of user accounts and data workflows.

The ideal candidate will coordinate DESE/state reporting, CRDR reporting, and year-end data rollovers, while collaborating with Transportation and HR to ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of experience preferred.
• Experience with a student information system, PowerSchool preferred.
• Experience with importing/exporting data between SIS and district databases.
• Exceptional communicator both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage SIS and district databases for accuracy, security, and data integrity.
• Provide SIS support and training to administrators and staff district-wide.
• Prepare and submit DESE, state, and federal reports on time.
• Coordinate data transfers between SIS and other district systems.
• Oversee year-end data rollovers and enrollment processes.
• Support transportation data and related planning across the district.
