Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the District's SIS and related applications.
• Oversee configuration, security roles, workflows, user accounts, and data security per FERPA.
• Manage annual lifecycle tasks: calendars, catalogs, scheduling, rollovers.
• Collaborate with vendors to test updates, patches, and bug fixes.
• Prepare and submit federal and state reporting cycles (SRI, enrollment).
• Develop annual compliance calendar for data submissions.
• Run data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Provide training and end-user documentation for staff.
