Job summary

You will optimize department processes, manage budgets and performance metrics, attract and retain top talent, and coordinate with customers through events and training programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a service or parts department.
• Experience using dealership software such as Service ADVISOR, Parts ADVISOR, and Equip preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn, turf, and/or compact construction equipment or operations practices preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service and Parts Departments to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.
• Grow sales, exercise disciplined expense control, and attract/retain outstanding talent.
• Develop and motivate employees, ensuring safety, compliance, and training.
• Schedule, assign, and manage workloads; review work orders for accuracy and proper billing.
• Coordinate marketing plans and customer events to drive engagement and service growth.
